We can collect unpaid Community Fees from UK Residents

Membership

Membership of the scheme entitles you to contact our advisers for a telephone assessment. The cost of membership to the Scheme is €50.00 per year.

Stage 1 Recovery

If you proceed to issue instructions in relation to a debt recovery case you will be charged an initial fee of €30.00 per case which will provide for up to three debt recovery letters to be sent to the debtor in the UK.

If recovery is successful, our fee would be 10% of the amount recovered.

Stage 2 Recovery

If Stage 1 recovery is unsuccessful we can offer our secondary service after a period of further assessment. This service entails assigning the debt to us for recovery through the UK Courts. You will be responsible for payment of all disbursements such as court fees. However we will add these and our costs to the amount to be recovered.

Following Judgment we will advise you on the best method of enforcement and recovery from the individual which can include Attachment of Earnings Order Charging Order and Bailiff Attendance.
